Once you have collected your luggage from the Carousel, head in a northly direction towards the glass doors adjacent to carousel 3, go through the glass sliding doors and
turn right in the direction of bus bays 1-13 . You will see well signed vehicle with driver.

Infant Capsule - Rear Facing
Rear facing infant Capsule. This is recommended for children aged 0-1 years of age and is subject to availability. Not required on services operated by a vehicle with a seating compacity of 21 and above.
Child Seat - Forward Facing
Forward Facing child seat. This is recommended for children aged 1-3 years of age and is subject to availability. Please note it is the lead passenger's responsibility to ensure the infant capsule is fitted correctly.
Child Seat - Booster
Child booster seat. This is recommended for children aged 4-7 years of age and is subject to availability. Not required on services operated by a vehicle with a seating compacity of 21 and above.
Hotel / Adress pick up
Your driver will be awaiting your arrival at the confirmed pick up time / location and will be happy to offer any assistance needed
Airport / Train station pick up
Upon arrival, Please make your way to the baggage claim area where your driver will be holding a tablet with the Oasis logo, Your name and flight arrival details displayed. We ask that you make your self known to your driver before collecting your bags, so we can assist you and meet any waiting time requirements at the pick up location.
Delayed Flights
Oasis Transport track and monitor all arrival flights. Should your flight be delayed there is no need to contact us as we will arrange your driver accordingly.
Baggage Storage Services
Complementary baggage storage services are available, Please ask for more details at time of booking.
Infant / Child Seats
Complementary infant/child seats can be supplied subject to availability and must be requested at time of booking. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the seat is checked and fitted correctly to your needs and are not available on services operated by vehicles with a seating compacity of 21 seats or more in which case infants may be held by a adult. Types of seats include:
Infant Capsule 0-1 years, Forward facing 1-3 years, Booster Seat 4-7 years
Refreshments onboard
All Private Transfers arriving at Cairns Airport and Train Railway station will receive a complimentary bottle of water, all other food and beverage items must not be consumed in the vehicle.

When you arrive at the terminal foyer turn left through the glass double doors, past the gardens you will notice the bus bays. You will see well signed vehicle with driver.
